Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of logistics services, FGX Integrated Logistics does not offer returns or refunds once a shipment has been dispatched. Exceptions may be considered only for duplicate payments or non-dispatched shipments. For such requests, contact info@fgxlogistics.in within 3 days of payment.


Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Coverage: We serve all major cities and towns in India.
  • Delivery Time: 2–7 business days based on location. Remote areas may take longer.
  • Charges: Based on weight, size, and delivery zone.
  • Delays: FGX is not liable for delays due to strikes, natural disasters, or wrong address entry.

International Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Time: 5–12 business days depending on destination and service level.
