Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of logistics services, FGX Integrated Logistics does not accept returns or provide refunds once a shipment is dispatched.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Delays caused by customs or third-party carriers
- Incorrect recipient information provided
- Shipment cancellation after dispatch
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched or if a duplicate payment was made in error. For such inquiries, please contact info@fgxlogistics.com within 3 days of payment. If the refund is approved, it will be initiated within 24–48 hours and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 business days.
